Prompt, polite, professional cleaning service. I'd spilt a large cup of coffee onto a new mattress. After 7 hours (I had tried to clean myself) they professionally cleaned the mattress and removed over 90% of the stain. I'd call it a success since the cover is very cushy and I'm sure it was difficult to get deep into all the layers. I'd use their service again.
